Outsourced Operations Model B Service

Our experienced team manages all of your Back Office requirements, including client money CASS, CMR, CMAR & ISA reporting responsibilities, together with the processing of all your clients payment, receipts, allocation of dividends and interest payment for their accounts.

Custody & Clearing

We create pooled GBP, USD and EUR client money accounts for each of our customers. This ensures your client’s cash is held separately from that of other clients. Each client is given their own range of segregated Crest member accounts, access to Fund Execution/Custody and International Custody with offshore client services. We also manage the full settlement lifecycle on an STP basis, with an exceptions-only approach to manual processing.


We are members of the London Stock Exchange (LSE), meaning you don’t require your own membership. We include a free of charge and best execution electronic dealing interface to the Fidessa hub, direct from the Tercero Wealth Front Office system. This is fully integrated with our Back office, eliminating re-keying of orders. We can also provide a full manual dealing service and are happy to settle any transactions that you might wish to ‘deal away’ through your choice of broker.

Client Servicing

Our client-servicing suite includes the multi-channel, digital delivery of high quality, ‘on brand’ client valuation and tax packs. The package includes the pioneering client facing portal, Tercero Digital, which uses state of the art web technologies to deliver a wide range of transactional capabilities for your clients and intermediaries across multiple devices.


Authorised & Regulated

Your clients’ assets are safeguarded by some of the largest global financial institutions. Assets are held in segregated accounts at Crest; cash is held at the Bank of Scotland, and Funds with FNZ. We are authorised & regulated by the FCA, members of the London Stock Exchange & Crest, and are HMRC-approved ISA plan managers.

Cost Transparency

We charge no add-ons. Our proposition is a single, competitive and all-inclusive, monthly-basis point fee, based on AUM. This is inclusive of all reporting, trading through Fidessa, and access to the Tercero Wealth Front Office, Wealth CRM and Tercero Digital.
